I am stranded with 0% thrusters and no means of repair I have 5 energy grid assys, 4 emergency power cells, 4 radiation baffles, 8 heatsink interlinks, and 4 insulating membranes. Will jettison to the first commander that shows up within 30 min,, current time is 2:21:30 send friend request to gizmo6023 and I will send wing request and pop locator beacon.

That gives you 100%!

Kaboom.... got interdicted in the first system I jumped into, never had a chance, instant interdiction on dropping into the system tricked out NPC took 3 shots of something to melt my A grade Anaconda.
Guess that's what insurance is for.
