Free look...

I play using HOTAS 4 set up... I cannot work out how I keep ending up in free look... Is there a way of disabling it?

I am a returning player after a year away and I have forgotten so much.... Anyway I bought Odyssey now its been patched up from where it was.

It is good to be back but I have no idea what to do or where to go or how to do it...

There's a key binding for that (it's called headlook). You must have it bound to something you are pressing by mistake. Check your bindings.
