As title says : All egosoft X series games are free on Steam this weekend ! And, believe me, if you missed at least the great X3 series (Reunion - Terran Conflict - Albion Prelude), it would be a shame not to get it RIGHT NOW ! I'm pretty sure you won't regret to play those games (although... if you're "shooters", forget what I just said).

I grabbed them all last night and Payday 2 which is also free.
i've had Reunion, Terran Conflict, Albion prelude and Rebirth sitting here unlooked at for eons.
of course that didn't stop me from buying Beyond the Frontier or X-Tension at around 1.90 each. there's only one thing better than completely ignoring a game, and that's completely ignoring a bargain. gotta get your money's worth, i say

Payday 2, there's another one i never got around to looking at. it decided to update itself, and used up around 80+gb of HD space in the process and yet wanted more, completely filling my drive and bringing it all to halt. uninstalled it. not feeling lucky enough to try again.

1) You're a free man, so you have the right not to use Steam (moreover : in general, whatever the case, you always have the freedom not to push the "ON" button. it's just your own choice)
2) I don't like Steam either, so as soon the games are loaded, I configure my firewall to block Steam (are the games spywares themselves ? if yes, 'must stop playing)

I currently cant play anything, having to use onboard graphics atm as my Superclocked 980 kept crashing everything so its with ebuyer being tested, although Ive since found out the EVGA superclocked 980 seems to be crashing for everyone. Until I get a card back I cant bring myself to play anything in low res
