Freeform landing on static landing pads

Settlement pads could use a number of improvements indeed.
Several are just QoL, like wider tolerances, direction or the removal of height restraints (a T-7 could use a medium pad, after all, if there's no hangar).
A quite serious one (although not very frequent, fortunately) is the check of trespassing zones, because at times, especially with large ships, you get fined (and attacked) for trespassing, whilst being correctly docked.
