Freezing when I book a shuttle.

When selecting my mission point, while booking an Apex shuttle, it freezes once I accept and book it. No in-game keys work, I have to bring up task manager and forcefully end the task. Is there a workaround for this, or is it planned to be fixed?

I have been using "borderless", not full screen, I am testing it now full screen.
Still freezes, it is time to report it.

EDIT: There is no way to report it apparently, here is the message that I received after I tried to submit a report> Unfortunately you are not able to submit an issue at this time. You can still browse existing issues or, alternatively, try again at a later date.

I don't know how I can report it at this point, feeling very frustrated.....

Its taking an age to load in, it will in my experience eventually give you control back. check out the planets in system slowly change from wire frame to realistic, hope this helps. it only seems to be the first time its used in a session

I get this if I click [Esc] to close the system map after doing the booking. You (I) have to wait until the page closes on its own after it says "Shuttle Booked". (Seems occasionally to be taking a long time to completely load all the graphics before it terminates after booking.)

It's the textures, if you notice many of the bodies when you first open the window don't have texture, just mesh, the window doesn't close until it finishes loading all the body texture, this will of course take longer for less capable graphics cards, you may simply not be waiting long enough.

Hi,

It's already on the list of problems with Phase I. It's been experienced at the Apex (Shuttle) desk and the Pioneer suppliers desk. It's not every time, but sufficiently annoying when it does happen.
If it isn't addressed soon, it'll make the next phase more difficult - and more complaints!

I've not noticed it being linked to the texture loading - I've waited a few minutes to see if the shuttle ready message will trigger it, but it doesn't. It also seems to happen at random through the session. I'd guess there's a little glitch somewhere in a routine, but Frontier should be able to locate this one!
