Fiction French translation of the novels

Is a translation of the novels (on the store) in French is planned? If so, for when?
And, is there a translation of "The Dark Wheel"?

There are no plans for translated versions at the moment.

I believe the foreign language rights to the FBP novels are with FBP, so there is an option there, but like most of these things it's a demand/supply question.
