Fresh turf is something that is a common sight in zoos, and a common part of zoo construction, and I think it would be very cool to be the most flexible terrain tool, being able to be used on every map. If you wanted to recreate San Diego Zoo Safari Park, the green turf would be able to be used in the grassland biome, it could also be used in the desert biome. I think this would just be a cool little feature. As seen here.
