FREY or YELISEYV systems are the new MAIA????

Searching for access for Orion Nebula, Ive found a number of human-named systems, inside the permit area. Are they the new MAIA systems??
My question has to wait for a future upgrade.

There's a number of stars that are named after cosmonauts and astronauts.
There's a system simply named Armstrong for example, after Neil Armstrong.

Yeliseyev is named after Aleksei Yeliseyev.

Been recently there. Orion nebula can be accessed from above. Seen Shepard system (Wrex?) and Gagarin. Some stars in the cluster has "2009" markings, so I suppose that's a recently surveyed stars in reality.
