General Friendly Powerplay NPCs

Just a nice minor change I'd like to see is Powerplay NPCs being aligned to your faction (or a faction aligned with you) default to the Allied/Friendly state and don't insult you when they scan you and find your hold empty. It'd be nice if instead they said something like "Good to see you out here."
 
A long time ago I asked for something similar but with an RP spin in that PP NPCs act like propaganda mouthpieces for each power, taunting / arguing they were the 'best'. They might be seen like those 'buy war bonds today! Be on the winning side!' NPCs, except saying how wonderful life as an Antal cultist, Hudson supporter or Mahon kale smuggler is.

That also would be cool.

Another idea: Just Powerplay reputations in general, like with minor factions. So if you've spent the last month massacring Aisling's Angels, she won't be willing to let you join up. Or at least, there's a reputation based merit loss when defecting.
 
Or if you are out killing X Ships there could be news Flashes in those factions of reported Incidents of your actions with bounty's and a mug shot of your character... Lol don't think that would go over well. but if you are bored and like a lot of action, then it could work!

Edit: To which has sprung the idea of player made bounty's? Say you have someone being not so nice, well go to your nearest port and place a bounty... That could liven things up a bit?

That's sort of already in the game, you can go to a station in a control system to check how much undermining has occurred in a system, and who the top 5 bounty targets for a power on. Though the UM scouting may still be bugged, I haven't checked that in a while.
 
It would just be nice if NPCs were more fully realized in general, PP or not. But I guess we had to have CQC, Powerplay, Squadrons, Fleet carriers, PMFs and other such great features first.
