In planet zoo franchise, how are we able to add a friend and trade animals online? I mean it says we can in the description of franchise but gives zero way to search friends. Or am I missing something?

You add friends via steam, they will show up in game then.
Im not a franchise player so take this with a grain of salt, but im pretty sure you cannot trade with anyone specificly only put them on the general market.

That's correct, your Steam friends are automatically your Planet Zoo friends.
And that's true, you can't trade specifically with your friends. But you can use a little trick. Tell your friend when exactly you put an animal for sale, and if they react quickly they will be able to buy it. I've done it many times and mostly succeeded. Maybe one time someone else was faster

Some of my PS5 friends show up on the globe, some do not. But they can all see me. From the ones that visit my zoo i can not collect CC. System seems broken.
