Well, this one, is insurance less, and rip the other commander who tried it the other way around. The way I did, is way cheaper, harder, and takes a waaaaay longer!
I don't know for you, but I'm already around a good +50 (even more!) hours, got finally an ASP nearly fully fitted with A modules of their highest class available for the ship... (and some modules costs +5M!
This GONE IN SECONDS, so the way around millionaire to sidey, is free and open for every commander. I tried it once, well, tried is a big word, I was in same risky situation after over 40h of playing. For the purists, sorry, not playing, but... bounty hunting, trading, exploring ^^ But finally I didn't went that way down, there's for every taken risk, a chance to do so, do not forget it (only the risk supercruising out into a station wall... wouldn't be the first!).
The way some guys to chose a path down from being millionaire to a new sidey is not really hard to understand... you gain faster money doing so, with the higher stakes getting you back to a new shiny sidey faster than you could ever dock, as good as you might be!
I lost the ASP 3 times!
- Once, forgot to request docking, couldn't boost out as I forgot to retract landing gear (for that 'banana' feature a huge THNX to the commanders begging for it!)
- Once I wanted to scare a friend by passing very fast nearby into the letter box.... result, I never made it out again...
- And a third one.... classic... WANTED.... DOCKING GRANTED (a chance there's a swearing policy here!), and of course, docked into so..... was like in a hellish disco lightshow as I entered the station! WOOOOW, is that all for me????? !!!!!!! (swearing filter might again interveen so I don't write anything more about )
Well, commanders... don't blame the guys who's posting they did the other way around me, meaning millionaire to shiny new sidey.... you could be the next ;-)
