Some of them share with a scoopable. In general, you do have to "come up for air". Usually I'll do a jump to real close to the next neutron for a refuel when I needed it.

Without in any way wishing to detract from the OP's terrific achievement, I wanted to just announce that Cmdr Alot, holder of the regulation class Sag A* Buckyball record of 7h56m41s, has just taken the unlimited class Sag A* record using Neutron boosts with a time of 2h12m13s!
Well i got there yesterday stayed all of 30 seconds to conplete the mission now on my way back to sol should get there hopefully by the weekend if i can get about 4 hours a day on it lol
