　I wasn't convinced by the official answer. Therefore, I thought it was necessary to have some questions answered. I would like you to answer the following questions.

1. 　Please answer from the following perspectives why DLC cannot be distributed on PS stores in Japan.
   1. Market value
   2. Ethical issues
   3. Technical aspect
   4. Your subjectivity

3. Can you openly swear that "discrimination and contempt against the Japanese" is not included in this issue?

　
　As for why I ask this question, there is a growing tendency for other companies to say, "I will not sell this game only to Japan." This tendency is called "Omakuni (To put it simply, "Not Available In Japan / NAIJ. ")" using Japanese Internet slang. 　From a few years ago to the present, many Japanese overseas game users have doubts about a company like you.

　But I still don't think so. Because I strongly believe that your game is very good. So answer these questions "without tatemae".

　Even if the world ends, I will continue to wait for your answer. When all the questions are answered, I will stop playing on the PS4 and decide to play on the Nintendo Switch.

I don't think you could get a more detailed answer than before (they don't like to give written promises), in all honesty it seems like it's probably out of their control and that it's up to Sony.

It's safer to say that Sony are aware of this now, so it may be just a matter of time (though being a busy time with the launch of a new console, I'm unsure that it will be rectified too soon and it might have to be brought up to them again at a later date)

As a matter of fact, when I contacted SONY JAPAN the other day and said, ""I can't answer because it's out of the jurisdiction."" my heart was at its limit.
