From Prince to King - No rank progression missions appearing.

This morning my rank bar reached 100% as a Prince. As you can see from the pic, I am also 100% allied to the Empire.

I was expecting a promotion mission to get to King, but none have appeared. Is this a bug, or am I missing a trick?

It's probably a rounding issue. I had the same thing happen between Warrant Officer and Ensign. 100% and no ranking mission. I think I had to do two more minor faction missions before the ranking one showed up.

'Rounding issue' sums it up well enough even though I'm not entirely convinced it actually is one. But it explains it well enough. After 100% it usually takes a couple of missions extra to get the progression mission. I don't know if this really is an issue with the bar, if you need to lift it over a certain mark or if it's 100% and a dice roll. Either way. Just do a couple of more missions and the progression mission should pop up.

Hi MottiKhan and drholliday. You were both correct. It must have been a rounding issue. Did a couple more missions and the board was full of Naval Promotions.

If they were not thinking and applied a standard rounding then it explains it perfectly I.e. anything from 99.5% upwards is displayed as 100%, it is afterall the same issue that used to make the KWS ranges seem a bit odd.

As a programmer, I'm always a little worried when I see things like this. You would think they would round up to the floor instead of rounding to ceiling...

Hi Wasp0, I spent the last week using LTT 911 and TAMAR, with the occasional trip to CUBEO. Managed to rise from 52% Prince, to King.
