Frontier, are you going to do something to fixe this ??

I paid 70 € and I cannot play because the game crashes when I launch it.
I am not alone in having encountered this problem, and so far I have not seen any official announcement indicating that the problem has been taken into account and will be fixed.
like i said before i paid for this game.
I pre-ordered it.
I paid 70 € for a game that does not work!
All the other games in my Steam library launch at startup and work normally, only Jurassic World Evolution 2 that I paid 70 freaking euros does not work !!!
Yes, I am a little disappointed and angry.

So here is my question: Do you plan to do a few things and fix this problem quickly? or should I ask you to give me my money back ???

It's not really Frontier's fault your system isn't up for the task and I highly doubt there will be a fix.

My PC runs games much heavier and more graphically beautiful than this one.
I was also running the first game in ultra without any problem.
And like I said I am not the only one who has encountered the same problem, many other people have encountered the same problem.

The game has steep hardware requirements, are you sure your computer meets those requirements?
More specifically that your videocard has at least 4GB of VRAM and is at least a GTX 1050TI?

The fact that you can run JWE1 doesnt mean anything since we're talking about JWE2

Well, I'm sick of all this nonsense.
I pre-ordered the game + the deluxe edition.
I will request the refund on Steam.
Anyway, seeing the videos on youtube, the game has nothing more than a big and extremely expensive DLC, all of the content of which could have been added directly to the first game.

Congratulations, you just lost a customer

Stolemyname is right that the games evolve and with them the hardware requirements of jwe 1 initially did not meet the expectations of the players, but over time it has become a great game. You don't get the game on demand, but it can be improved. And when it comes to requirements, the game is more complex than the first and sooner or later the hardware will have to be updated to be able to play newer games rather than having to worry and ask for a refund. Just think why that doesn't work and don't suggest that the first game worked for you because Jwe 2 is better and more challenging than the last game. And the Fronier can not make for you a perfect game because everyone has different requirements but can improve it if people ask for it.

I meet the requirements for the game, but for some reason its reading my system as being worse than it is (perhaps due to the combination of a GPU and integrated graphics on my laptop). I hope they patch the game to just give a warning if it thinks your setup isn't up to snuff, instead of hard-locking you out.
