Frontier Auth Service Issues

Had this problem for months.

A while ago my Inara account stopped updating my most recent progress, when I tried manually updating it said there was a problem and to check if it's authorized.

So I signed into the Frontier site and when I selected the 'Authorized Applications' tab in the user portal I got this message:

"We have encountered an error processing your request

But help is just a click away, here: Frontier Support"

I've created a ticket but the first reply was that it was a 3rd party problem, not with the User Portal, which is obviously wrong. They then messaged again, called me Thomas when my name is Scott and said they've known about the issue and are working to resolve it. Not exactly inspiring as Iike I say, I've had the problem for around 3 months.

Is there anything I can do on my end to sort it? Not being able to track my materials is making Engineering even more tedious than it normally is
