It is a matter of interpretation.

"your actions change the galaxy around you in an ever unfolding story." could quite easily refer to actions such as submitting support tickets and forum complaints to get Michael to unfold the Segovan lockdown.

That article is pretty biased. While it features quite a few arguments against Frontier the author has left out any arguments users in the thread have made for Frontier. He also didn't mention that quite a lot users defended Frontiers actions.
