And looking inside my downloadable products, and/or loading a ship in the game and looking into the livery / paint jobs, I got zilch for Christmas with this latest promotion..

Every Commander who pre-orders Elite Dangerous: Horizons before Tuesday December 1 at 6PM GMT will get an in-game black paint job pack called Midnight. Don’t worry, all Commanders who have already pre-ordered Horizons, including those with the lifetime expansion pass, and those with Horizons beta access, will also be given the Midnight paint job pack.

I got my two kinds of paints and all I did was prepurchase Horizons, I would open up a support ticket to get it sorted out.

Hell I still didn't even get my "exploration fitted cobra" as my kickstarter reward when the game went live... Had to start in a sidewinder.. no Cobra Mk IV either..

Welcome to being a KICKSTARTER and FOUNDER and welcome back to ELITE DANGEROUS. I had the same problem with three accounts.
I have also just been told the last account that I bought on the 26-11-2015 to support FRONTIER does not qualify for the BLACK FRIDAY paint jobs because it was bought after the 02-12-2015.
OPSS I think some one at the support network needs a new calendar.
Because for me NOVEMBER is always before DECEMBER.

Like all ALPHA and Premium BETA testers and those that use lots of computers and lots of code I always save important information and make sure I have at least two or more back ups. So I sent the support network a copy of my purchase showing the dates and how much I paid lets hope in the end we get some good support instead of the support we normally get.

MKIV you can buy...that wasn't going to be free...still had to purchase that one in the game...however I've seen multiple post thet the MKIV viper was free...if so...still hadn't gotten mine...

Seams very odd but the more you spend to support frontier the less support you get, every body should get the same support no matter how much you spend. But so far that is not what happens.
