Frontier Launcher "Failed" while logging in

Things I have already tried:
  • Uninstall/Reinstall
  • No VPN connected, Connected to ethernet (unplugged and replugged)
  • Correct account login information


This is not a Steam or Epic launcher, it is the launcher downloaded from the Frontier website under "My Account" and the one where you can find all of your owned products.
I own Odyssey and downloaded the Odyssey version, but the launcher "skin" (I guess you could call it that) still shows Horizons. Screenshot is below for further information.

Note: account information is purposely hidden, but I can assure you it is the right information when I try to log in.

We're the products all bought on Frontier or were they bought on Epic or Steam?

If they were bought on those platforms then you should use that platforms launchers.
 
as you joined in 2015 a month after it's release on steam I am betting that is what you seek...……………………….
I bought from fd direct where you can just use the fd launcher,else as mentioned you have to use the relevent launcher from your game vendor/seller...……………..
if you did as you say however buy direct(good choice btw steam recently had a few hiccups) try using the log off machine function in the launcher options after loggin using original purchase e mail address and password
I say original purchase e mail as it's supprising how many rejoining commanders try a new e mail address with an old password
if your details are correct it will let you in to the launcher were it will welcome you(top right) it's that simple else submit a support ticket https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us

I swear I bought the game at launch or even before Horizons, I do think me joining the forums was after steam release though.
