CQC Frontier please consider adding bots to cqc.

I play on Xbox one, and the only way to actually get a cqc match is to schedule beforehand on TA, reddit or the like. Even then its hardly ever a full lobby.

I especially love how they do it in GoW. If the lobby isn't full at the start of the match, fill vacancies with bots. If someone quits or r gets dc'd... Bots. When a new player queues up to play, first look for games im progress then dtart new lobby. Naturally the ai for this would have to be master/dangerous and above.

Please.

It kinda is part of the main game. But can you be more specific how do you want it to be?

With that people mean that they could que while playing main game. For example at stations waiting for next rares to spawn, mission board to refresh or waiting for next pp cargo or long sc to some far away destination. Enter que and when it finds match it would give option to join or not join. While you are in cqc your main game/ship would progress like normal i.e if you are super cruising it would keep doing that while you are in cqc. After you leave cqc you would be dropped back to main game where you were before you accepted the cqc match. Currently cqc isn't easy to hop in and out like it needs to be. When players have time to kill its easier to leave game to background and watch youtube or do some other stuff instead of joining cqc match. Logging out of main game, opening cqc, match making for cqc, cqc loading cqc match, and after match logging off cqc and finally load back main game is too complicated and take too much time. I should be able to enter que in main game and then just have load cqc match, and close cqc and back to main game.

Also making cqc cross platform would be good way to increase player numbers. CQC isn't unique game and there is much better game like cqc so only good way to get players play cqc would be to allow play it easily while we can't do anything in main game.

i wish CQC was integrated in the main game (flying to a specific system, dock to the new asset taken from cqc and choose to start a session).
Maybe watch other cmdr fight from the limit distance we could approach.
CQC is a lot of fun, it's a terrible waste that the servers are empty, i hope it won't be abandonned

It's not. It does not occur of the same servers, you cannot see it happening in ED, and you cannot access CQC from within ED, you have to log out and start up an entirely separate instance.

CQC being part of the main game would mean that if I knew where the arena was, I could fly up to the boundary of the arena and watch the fight inside from my Anaconda.

If it was part of the main game, I'd access it from the cockpit of my ship while I was docked or, now that we have SLF's, I could carry my fighter to the arena, undock, and request permission from the overseer to join in the next match.

If it was part of the main game it'd be a central point of player activity, with players who regularly play the main game together finding ways to interact around CQC without having to LEAVE the main game to do so. Progress in CQC is in no way relevant to progress in the main game and vice versa, despite the pointless progress bar and the menial rewards.

If CQC were part of the main game no one would have said a peep about some of the engineers requiring CQC participation to unlock. Instead it was one of the most controversial elements of Engineers.

Etc...

It just might as well not exist for 99% of the people who play ED, because it is in no way shape or form relevant to the core experience.

Ditto...

CQC should have been a place in the main game, where you can enter with whatever ship you own and no rebuy and no engineer mods (just disable them for it).

at the moment CQC doesnt have anything todo with Elite Dangerous! while it could be the center of true PVP in Elite..

Speaking as a PvP player, having a REAL arena in the game as I described with leaderboards and maybemaybeJUSTMAYBE the ability to place wagers on matches with odds calculated on player performance with a pretty low cap on the maximum bid to prevent abuse...

That.... Would be a dream come true.

CQC should be IOS. it could be so much more on iOS with a story and or mirroring the game with conflict zone selections. Working for the feds or imps as a navy pilot would be awesome.

Nothing should be iOS, as the world would be a better place if that platform just ceased to exist.

iOS only accounts for 13% of the mobile market, but there is so much predatory garbage vomited on the iOS storefront every day that it can't be regulated and bad business practices within the industry have become the default, which facilitates companies on other platforms such as PC behaving similarly.

Please just go away Apple. You're a bad business that supports other bad businesses.

Swap IOS for Mobile. And thanks for the vitriolic assessment. I haven't heard that opinion before.

Should have been more specific so you didn't have the option to rage about it. My bad.
