Frontier Points Not Working?

Not that I can find. But it's something to do with the cost in the system. It's labeled right but on their side it's costing more. Any thing bought and overcharged will be refunded points.



I bought 500 points but apparently the 500 point pack (which is what it will cost so that's right) is trying to charge 700

Yeah, we are aware of the issue with our Store for US customers and are working on a fix.
 
Are there still issues with the Frontier store for US players? I purchased a points pack three days ago, in the xbox store, but no point balance shows up in the Frontier store.

I spent money on frontier points aswell a 500 pack and its not showing up on my account
 
At the moment we don't have any news to share.:( We are determined to get this fixed
together with Microsoft as soon as possible.

One thing you don't have to worry about is the points disappearing into thin air. There's proof you bought them via Microsoft's store (which logs every purchase) and proof you didn't spend them on Frontier's store, so when it does get fixed, you will get your points.

It's just a matter of patience right now. The update broke a lot of things and created some new problems for new features but they're ironing out everything over time. Last week it was the update that fixed people not being able to play, and the Frontier store showing too many points needed to buy things. Today they fixed people not having Arena/Full Game despite buying it a long time ago. Everything is getting done but it's just taking time.
 
Just to update, this was fixed the second day after the points were released for me!

I'm on the 4th day, still hopeful! I'm not too upset about it though. I put in a ticket and thanks to putting in this ticket I have proof I bought them and never received them so I know im going to get my points, I just don't know when.

Until then I'll just keep plugging away, checking in on the store from time to time.

I love this game and it's the only game I really enjoy I love my anaconda JUST GOT IT and I want this in white shiiiitttt Holla... but I was part of the GGP and after the update couldn't play for 3 DAYS and now 4 days no paint jobs.... SMH and still haven't even seen nothing for the game preview program players no rewards

Thanks for being so patient while we work to solve the issue you've been having!

We've recently made some adjustments that should now enable your Frontier Points to update correctly. The next time you're able to get into the game please take a detour to your nearest outfitting-capable station and hop into the in-game shop. Your balance should now update to the correct value and you'll be able to use them without issue.

In the event that your balance does not update correctly please close the game fully and try once more. If the balance remains at zero, or updates to an incorrect amount then please let us know via any ticket you already have open with us or via this forum thread.

Gpp decal is coming very soon (with the dodgy looking appendage!)

I had some funny issues yesterday when trying to look at paintjobs - was it something to do with mysterious new paints that vanished from the twitter account?

Any word from the people who had problems? Curious if everything is working for everyone now as I haven't had problems thus far.
