Just bought 500 points for a 500 point pack and it says I don't have enough points to purchase... Anyone else having this issue?
Not that I can find. But it's something to do with the cost in the system. It's labeled right but on their side it's costing more. Any thing bought and overcharged will be refunded points.
I bought 500 points but apparently the 500 point pack (which is what it will cost so that's right) is trying to charge 700
Yeah, we are aware of the issue with our Store for US customers and are working on a fix.
Are there still issues with the Frontier store for US players? I purchased a points pack three days ago, in the xbox store, but no point balance shows up in the Frontier store.
I spent money on frontier points aswell a 500 pack and its not showing up on my account
Just to update, this was fixed the second day after the points were released for me!
This is !! I don't know how y'all so patient I understand the wait and that in time you'll get your point, but forget that. I love this game and it's the only game I really enjoy I love my anaconda JUST GOT IT and I want this in white shiiiitttt Holla... but I was part of the GGP and after the update couldn't play for 3 DAYS and now 4 days no paint jobs.... SMH and still haven't even seen nothing for the game preview program players no rewards

Thanks for being so patient while we work to solve the issue you've been having!
We've recently made some adjustments that should now enable your Frontier Points to update correctly. The next time you're able to get into the game please take a detour to your nearest outfitting-capable station and hop into the in-game shop. Your balance should now update to the correct value and you'll be able to use them without issue.
In the event that your balance does not update correctly please close the game fully and try once more. If the balance remains at zero, or updates to an incorrect amount then please let us know via any ticket you already have open with us or via this forum thread.
