Frontier Points Not Working?

Thus far every one of the affected users who've contacted us directly appear to have had their issues resolved. That's not a guarantee it's solved for everyone though so we'd still like to hear from anyone who's still affected but it's looking good :)

im on it. Have a couple of Xbox live friends from the US with this issue.

Asked them to check.
 
My point balance now shows up in the top left corner of the Frontier Store, but when I go to purchase an item and it asks to choose payment method, it shows 0 Frontier Points.

I then cleared the cache on my Xbox by shutting down and unplugging it, but when i returned, it was still the same.

I eventually just clicked the box under choose payment method that said 0 points, and it did take the payment, so just a minor bug, and my items are in the game.

And yet people think we're second-rate to PC. Look how fast they've been fixing our problems. :) Good job on Frontier's part.

I opened a ticket at 9AM Eastern Time Sunday morning. I got a reply at 12:30 PM Sunday afternoon. I rarely get replies that fast from any other customer support. Another reason to love this game in my opinion!

I turned the game on yesterday afternoon and just decided to check to see if my points were issued, and there they were. Nice to see my Vulture in the Military Desert Sand paintjob 😀
