Frontier Reps: Can we get some clarification on the impact of E:D leaving GamePass on the upcoming PC transfer process?

As already noted in this forum, Elite Dangerous apparently be leaving Xbox GamePass at the end of August. I am hoping we can get some clarification from Frontier about how this might impact the PC transfer process that has been slated to become available in September (as of the last updates on that topic).

FWIW I already own two accounts on PC, and I outright own ED on the Xbox, so I am not personally concerned here. But, it is a very big change to happen to a group of players who may have been planning on making a transition to PC in September on the understanding the they needed to purchase it for the PC, but that the data would still be there with the GamePass save. I imagine that is going to change now.

TIA

Wrong forum section... For an Fdev reply go to normal discussion .

As allready stated they get a free copy transfer of data in the limited time window, but they were never getting a free version of EDH any way for gamepass users...
As they never paid for any real liicense...

Fdev are only regulating those who want EDH gifted to them, those who want EDH for free will have to prove they own the title..
As a gamepass EDH user theres nothing going to effect them. there not getting the Free EDH title...
