Frontier store purchases not showing up on my ps4

So I purchased and spent 1000 frontier points almost 12 hours ago and still no bobbleheads or paint jobs are available on my ps4. How long do these items take to show up?

Usually they should show up right away. I have the same Problem here. Check if the purchase is listet in "purchases" in the Frontier Store ( most likely it´s not )
I would recommend opening a ticket with frontier support on the issue. It might be an issue with purchasing more then one item at a time...

You are correct ... no purchases listed BUT my points balance is properly reduced.

** After checking my account this morning the items have showed up on the PS4 ... it just took a really long time.

I had this too. Bought stuff, didn't show in-game. Restarted from main menu, credits reduced but no purchases. close application completely, items appeared.

May of just needed time to sync, but try restarting anyway.

Otherwise raise a support ticket, FDev are pretty good at responding to this sort of stuff.

I've bought things regularly from the PC store over the last couple of years and most of the time my purchases turn up immediately. Saying that I have had to wait up to a day before now for some items to make an appearance.

It did not allow me to access the points bit so I went through the Frontier Store as normal with PS4 account login. A day later, still nothing. I hope I will still get the stuff.

As said before, you should file a complaint with support by opening a Ticket. I don´t think this will self heal.

Got feed back from FDEV! Good news! It´s really only overload of the servers, would not believe it but it seems people are running to EDPS4 like hell and also spend a lot of money for extras

They said it eventually will show up and, Allas, it showed up some minutes ago!

EDIT My money was refunded and I've been asked to go again. Great customer service as always.

SECOND EDIT I can't get onto the points still. It says "This content cannot be selected at this time" again and again. Anyone any ideas before I put another ticket in? Or just wait because of potential server overload?

THIRD EDIT Sorted, just went to the PSSTORE out of game...
