Frontier Store - QoL Additions

Just went to the store to buy some nameplates for my accounts. Couple of observations.

1) Paypal - I use Paypal for almost everything today. Instead, on the Frontier store, I have to type in my full CC info, exp date, full name, security code and then security authorization question from my bank. Three times for three accounts! My bank also called me after as I was making multiple $3 purchases and they asked if it was me or should they shut my CC down. If I had not answered the phone, they would have shut it down due to "suspicious activity", just before a long weekend. They never call me for PP purchases.

2) Why can I not buy items for my other accounts as gifts? Then I could log on once, buy the nameplates for account 1, then get them for accounts 2 and 3 as gifts. One checkout, one payment, done.

3) Can we have a filter to hide things we already own please?

4) I appreciate the need for CAPTCHA, but I flubbed it twice due to the letters being close to unreadable. Can you at least make the CAPTCHA images larger?

5) Paypal. I may have mentioned it already. [up]

not sure what's wrong with PayPal on your end...

after a cpl of purchases from the Frontier Store, my PayPal became tied to my account on the store somehow [i think it was offered to me by PayPal and i clicked "yes"], and now every time i make a purchase for E.D i just have to click "proceed", it's not even asking for my password anymore when coming from the Frontier Store..

I have to agree with the captcha.

I was quite embarrassed at how many attempts it took me today.... At one point I thought I was going to have to take a screenshot and post it in the Canonn thread to see if they could decipher it for me.

Nor I. I live in Bermuda and can use PayPal on Amazon and another dozen commerce sites without issue.

There USED to be a PP link when I logged on to the store that never worked. That vanished over a year ago.

I use paypal regularly on the frontier site and never had to enter info like you said. You are doing something wrong.

Is there a way to disable the Captcha for logging into the Store? It's hella frustrating to try and read the damned thing, even on a 4K monitor. HALP XD
