I just wanted to say Frontier Support are awesome and the world would be a much better place if support departments in other companies were like them.
They quickly responded to a ticket I raised yesterday (about a couple of missing paint jobs) and resolved my issue in a nice friendly manner. Frontier support do really appear to care about their customers.
I wish, when closing a ticket, one can add a thank you message, and as that's not possible I thought I would put a thank you here and hope that CMDR Vulcan (I hope I'm allowed to include their name here) from Frontier Support sees this post.
