Naa, it's a new lawsuit. They talk about it in the RCTW thread. They are suing for unpaid royalties. There's even a dev comment in the RCTW thread about it.
Definitely recent news that one (although the matter itself has been going on for a while according to the article).

This is the kind of company Atari SE now is. Not doing the right thing for its own partners. Im assuming the three developers that dumped off RCTW had similar issues and decided to quit before things got worse. Or who knows maybe they were just let go.
