These have been there ages. Waaaaaaay back in beta someone managed to clip though an anaconda, and as they met a fiery doom they were the other side of the doors behind the pilot area. It was a fully rendered corridor.
Somewhere there is a youtube clip of it, but I am darned if I can find it now. Others may have more luck.

The Anaconda seems to have been a testbed for things that didn't make it into the released game (yet), it was also the only ship with a more elaborate external damage model. The concepts for that ship have quite elaborate floor plans.
