Frontier's ticket support rocks!

To be fair, after the 1.2 update and ticket's being automatically closed, my new ticket was resolved very quickly. Was reimbursed even while in game. Thought I somehow had collected a 10m bounty and was like WHAT?!?

I have five tickets open from 11th Jan, no response on any of them
 
Sounds to me that Frontier have a backlog, they're trying to stop it getting worse by dealing with new small items like refunds fast - but they'll get to the back log eventually.
