The info for every outpost station says that it has Frontline solutions, without having such. Why not assign a terminal to such purpose, the one in front of the apex-desk? Then we could use the shuttle elevators for both Apex and Frontline solutions.

Frontline desks are there or not. They do not disapear when there is no war. It is just that Outposts in general do not have a Frontline solutions desk.
Oh I interpreted it as "there is a Frontline desk but noone is at the desk"
Yeah the system map is sometimes wrong in saying there is a Frontline Solution at outposts, never has been at Outposts. Because the system map is wrong doesn't mean there should be one placed there, the OP just needs to accept that Outposts don't have Frontline Solutions.
I have not checked, but is my ship present at the station when I leave in the Frontline Vulture? Will it be visible there as "Unmanned"? If so that would be a big issue with outposts with the very limited number of docking bays.
That's a point, however I think once you leave in Frontline Solution from an Oupost the pad is freed up. The same in proper stations but because they have shipyards your ship can be placed in virtual storage, and while you are on the frontline shuttle that becomes your current ship. However in an Outpost, because it doesn't have a shipyard, you can actually become disconnected from your ship while it is docked as some people have discovered by doing some strange things. For instance if you fly your ship to an Outpost then use Apex to fly to a proper Station where one of your ships is docked then use the Station Shipyard facility to swap ships, then use Apex to fly back to the Outpost you won't be able to access the ship there. The only way to reconnect to the ship is to have it shipped to a nearby station then use the shipyard function there to access it.
Yes - but only until you leave the instance, which the Frontline will usually do quickly.
They must have tested what happens if several players dock at an outpost in solo and then switch to open. Then not everyone would have a docking bay available for their ship. This would end up in same scenario. It would be kind of funny tho. "Sorry, but your ship is not available to you at this station" when you return with Frontier solutions.
There is no Frontline Solutions at any outpost! No, nadda, nijente, never.
