Froze campaign on my NSW

Hello!
It would probably help to know some things to figure out why the game keeps freezing. I have the game myself on the nintendo switch but have not experience freezing.
In regards to when the game freezes, does it happen at a specific moment in gameplay? Like if you are releasing a dinosaur, or building a facility?
Is the game updated to the latest version? It is currently in version 1.0.5
One thing I could recommend is trying to play the game while it is stored in the internal storage instead of a micro SD, as the micro SD does a good job, but is technically slower than the switch's internal storage (by a tiny miniscule bit). So having it use the internal storage could limit the freezing moments.
And what have you tried to alleviate this issue?

thank you for getting back to me . It froze while I’m doing both building and dinosaur for at least 30 seconds and it froze and I’ve already update it up to date . As per suggested I’m transferring it to system memory instead of micro SD and see how it turns out to be .

That is rather interesting to hear. The way you described it sounded like the game was having loading issues. As each building and dinosaur is an asset introduced to the park, it sounds like it is taking a longer time to implement the dinosaur and building.
Give it a try and see what the speed is like with the internal switch. Has it changed at all? Worse case scenario is to reset the cache of your nintendo switch, as it will allow for the system to clean itself from the extra cache data it has been storing and should deliver a smoother experience. But I would hold off to that as it does mean you need to log in again if you got your switch connected to social media/eshop/passwords.

DON'T format the micro SD card! as it will delete your games stored on the micro sd card. 
Clear Cache is the preferred option. As it only deletes the excess cache, and nothing will be gone with your switch. So has it been an issue since the first map? That is a bit concerning as the game has not froze from my experience that early. So try clearing your Cache and see what happens (please don't format the micro sd card).

Aw man that sucks! I do not know why this has been happening to you. The game had a bit of a performance lag at launch, but was mostly covered by update 1.0.4. Has it been freezing in docked mode as well as portable mode? The switch version is admittedly not the best version of the game, but I find it crazy that you are experiencing this issue where it freezes during dinosaur incubation and asset placement.
The only thing I could recommend is showcasing this issue at the customer support page:

, While playing on Isla Sorna and starting the last mission from the science devision. The game crashes, it freezes and I can't move or switch islands.
It occured first after getting the new mission. I completed mission 3 for dr Wu and went back to Isla Sorna to complete the science devision mission.
At the time there were 2 carnivore dinosaurs who were tranqualized and ready to be flown off and be sold.
The game then froze while I wanted to move to another part of the island.
After giving the game a hard quit I restarted a saved game, after a couple of seconds, I reckon 30ish max, the game froze again. No matter what I tried, bulldozingna few buildings (I thought perhaps the island is to crowded) or patiently wait and do nothing, the game freezes.
All other island work perfectly, even played claire's sanctuary and nothing strange occured.
Upon loading a "safe save" on Isla Muerta, nothing strange happening still.
As soon as I want to go back to Isla Sorna, the game freezes, this time upon the introduction movie.
