Hello, I have been searching for 5A shields for my FDL for hours to no avail. I have visited over 50 high tech systems. Any help will be most welcome. Thank you.

In addition to filtering by economy (high tech), you can use the "population" slider bar to filter out all but the highest of the high-population high-tech systems.
