Hardware & Technical FSD Frame drop and Sound Cracking

Ok Here i go.

Just picked up this game again.

however when i go in into FSD my frame rate drops below 5 out of FSD i have around 200fps. it take awhile to happen when i go into FSD mostly around 30 sec.
sometimes faster sometimes slower. also my sound starts Cracking all over the place. I made some vid but the sound is ok there. it didn't record it.

what i tried.

Lowering my setting in game.
uninstalling the latest AMD driver and installing older ones.
Changed the affinity from Processor to 1 core.

All this didn't have any effect.

Ok Even tho nobody responded to this i am gonna do a update.

This was a AMD related Problem. Even trying the latest and the newest drivers the game would Drop in FPS until it became unplayable. This was Btw with the HD 7850.
I've Upgraded today To the GTX 790 Uninstalled all AMD Crap. tested it. and the game runs fine now.

No more fps drops and sound cracking
