FSD operating Beyond Safety Limits... audio bug?

I dropped in this system where the main star is a White Dwarf. I didn't boost in the cone, I just proceeded straight to the starport.
After a while the covas warning started. Ship, integrity and all systems are at 100%.

AFAIK it's a bug, it sporadically happens in inhabited Systems that contain a White Dwarf.

(last "sightings" of this bug that were discussed and that I'm aware of came from the Sirius System, COVAS warnings were issued despite being at very considerable distance to the Dwarf, I personally experienced it once or twice after opening and closing the System Map for example).

Quite spurious bug though and near-impossible to reproduce for all I know.
