FSS "Blue Blobs" not showing up in VR for me

Vive Pro, 2080ti, i7 6770k. Newest nVidia drivers (417.35)

So, the "blue blobs" showing where bodies are don't appear for me in VR. I initially didn't realize they were missing until I watched a YouTube video earlier today, and realized they were totally missing from my display. I tried swapping to my monitor real quick, and they show up just fine.

Does anyone know if there is a setting I need to tweak to fix this?

I'll email FDev support if no one has any ideas.

Edit: Screenies

As you can see, the "blobs" are missing in VR, making it much harder to find bodies.

I honestly find the blue blobs utterly superflous and more often than not, there is still nothing actually there.
And I do see them inmy rift this sounds like a bug.

What I go by would be the arrows to tune the spectrum and follow them.

Same problem as OP! default HUD, default gamma slider, no ini mod.
I'm using vive pro on win 7 lastest drivers and can't see blue blobs for planets in the scaner... Never saw them in beta test too... Asume it was working as intended until i read that it shows for some in VR with oculus.

I don't see the blobs either using a WMR Lenovo Explorer which is a shame because I find them really useful for narrowing down the search rather than just panning randomly until the arrows pop up.

Sighs... I thought this was me being stupid!

Did anyone send in a bug report?

there are some bug report about this, the issue seems to be specific with steamVR HMD (vive, lenovo...) and was there in beta
Doesn't really surprise me it wasn't fixed, guess Frontier only test VR on oculus HMD

Yeah, multiple reports. Support don't seem to be commenting on them any more, hopefully because it's a known issue they're looking at.
