FSS hiccups when targeting bodies (after January Update patch 1)

Anyone else getting these hiccups when targeting bodies in the FSS? It happens in that motion when you hover over a body and the camera zooms in on it, but it's pretty random.
I was keeping an eye on it for a while now and it doesn't seem to follow any pattern.
Happens on Metal Rich, High Metal Content, Rocky Bodies, Icy Bodies and Rocky Ice Worlds. Doesn't seem to matter if the body has volcanic activity, neither if it has Geological or Biological signals.

Yeah same here!

With the January Patch on my system there was a tiny stuttering jumping out from hyperspace. Since patch 1 I have this big and annoying stuttering with the FSS and the Adaptive Zoom.

I was hoping patch 2 will get rid of it, but it's still there. I also tried to install an older stable GPU driver, but the stuttering still happens and it's still seems to be random :(

Yeah I can confirm. And on my system Elite run on a PCIExpress SSD Disk and the GPU is an RTX2060 8Gb so I don't think is some kind of bottleneck ...
 
I have this issue as well, among other stutter issues. I'm running on a 1070 Ti and an 8600K, with 16GB RAM, so I dont think my hardware is too weak.
 
I don't know whether it's the same problem, but I was getting very bad stuttering when close to bodies that I had targeted. I'm using an X52 pro. I found out that if I kept the throttle going up and down, the stuttering stopped, but it made the ship difficult to control. It didn't do that in a previous session, and now it's stopped again. I can only guess that there was a Windows update or a scan running in the background. Everything was totally smooth and running properly everywhere in space except at both ends of my passenger run when I was in supercruise.
