FSS Zoom failure messages shouldn't hide the results of successfully zooming in on a signal

If I attempt to zoom in the FSS and I'm off centre then I get an Adaptive zooming failed message. If it takes me less than 3-4 seconds to sort my aim and try again (absent a distraction from outside the game it always does) then this message remains on top of the useful information I have now gleaned but cannot see in game for long enough to be annoying.

Any FSS zoom failure messages should be immediately dismissed by a successful zoom.

There's a metric ton of these sorts of things in the UI, and they're utterly maddening. They take the absolute lowest-priority bits of information and promote them to the absolute highest priority in the UI, while blocking you out of actually useful information.

Another favourite of mine is triggering an FSD jump to another system. You get a bit of destination info in the bottom left! You get a bit of destination info in the upper right! You get a bit of destination info in the middle!

Frontier, please hire an information architect or two. Please. Dwarf Fortress is a great game but it shouldn't be a UI role model.

Agreed. Add to that the discovered object notifications and their eternal battle with Codex discoveries for the upper-middle-screen real estate, with Codex notifications losing about 50-60% of the time. "You discovered a new terraformable w... NEVER MIND HERE'S ANOTHER ICY PLANET."

Also the discovered notifications hiding the planet type on the body discovery screen. Less bad now that asteroid clusters are lumped together, but still annoying.
