fuel bar is blue... ?

Im wandering why sometimes when i refuel or use the fuel scoop part of my fuel gauge is blue. I know its a small thing but i cant stop staring at it lol.

It is showing you how much fuel your next hyoerspace jump will cost you. Will show up when you have a system targeted :)

I think I'm getting the same thing as OP... I don't think he's talking about that.... right now I'm docked... and my entire bar is blue! There's no way it's the range of my next jump xD
but wait.. it is.. it's showing my destination (some 115lys away)... odd.... I've never seen this... I'm assuming the second I take off... it will change...

lol that's a negative on that....^ this is so weird xD

Apparently I'm about to make a 115ly jump, guys.. wish me luck xD

It's because you have a destination at 100 ly + but have not yet navigated the route into individual jumps. When you try to engage jump you will get the 'exceeds max fuel' error message to remind you to plot it correctly.

Impossible, when you attempt it it will tell you your target system exceeds your jump range.
