Fuel Rat Type Missions

I think a new mission type that required you to go out into the black to provide fuel for a stranded ship would be fun. All the elements would seem to be there for it; I'm kinda surprised (since fuel limpets are in the game) that mission type isn't already there.

seems like a want ad for pirates. They fly out and rob them they have no fuel to get away lol.

be cool to have these as distress beacon/unidentified type random pop ups though.
