I enjoying the game very much and really looking forward on what will come next. And have few questions/ideas and I'm interesting if some of the devs would care to answer them.
First thing is the fuel in cargo space. I kind a use to the idea to have it there and it still somehow make sence to me, to have like one cargo container for emergency purposes. You know the commander should be able to make a decision to sacrifice some cargo space in favour of other things. Especially when you go for exploration it would be nice to have an extra missile or something. Although I'm not sure how the fuel scooping will work. If you will be able to scoop the gas giants and stars, guessing that each solar system will have at last one star, right?
What about utility slots? They are not used very much right now, but could we be looking forward things like cargo expansion bay (I miss that very very much), fuel tank expansion (like a drop tanks), ammo expansions, engine expansion something, and that kind of stuff?
Military engines, do you plan them? I always pictured in relation of previous games, that you should be able to jump much more accurately with them, like for example target not just a center star, but also some different celestial bodies like the planets and so, of course assuming that you have the system map already or you bought it/charted it your self.
And what about life out of you ship? David already mentioned boarding other ships and land vehicles, so how customizable they are going to be? Will they like armed/unarmed, would you be able to tune them? And what about EVA? will you be able to EVA and just fly around your ship or something? Or even participate in zero G combat? What about side arms and your suit? Will you have any options to customize or choose from for them as well?
