Full of confidence for a great game incoming

You know the fact that the combat alone looks like it is making for a great mini-experience on its own fills me with confidence for Elite Dagerous being a truly great game. I think seeing this combat working so well has really put my mind at rest regarding what exactly we will get from the finished product.

If Frontier have gone into so much detail on this single aspect of the game, which was arguably never a major part of later Elite games, it just makes you wonder what the trading, exploration, tracking, docking and outfitting is going to be like not to mention planetary landings and boarding ships etc. It is definitely looking like ED will be a spectacular game.

I wonder what part of the game Frontier will be developing for the next alpha test?

We have a great game in the making, alpha is indicating a trend towards greatness, but we can have a legendary game, a game that far surpasses Star Citizen and all other space sims.

Let's hope the development team, aims their ambitions very high and pushes past greatness. I know they can pull it off, it's much easier to build upon something consistent and solid already.

By everything i just saw (from various youtube video uploaded) i can say that is all good.
The combat is exactly how i imagined it and (from my point of view) is perfect as it is.
Here in Italy we usually say ''who begins well is already half done'', i don't know if in England is the same btw this game looks just GREAT !
