Fullscreen problems anyone?

Hello,

I've noticed since 3.4 i dont seem to be able to go into full screen. The titlebar of the window disappears but the start bar at the bottom is still visible.

I'm running dual display and Windows 8.1 - anyone else noticed this?

Does this problem still exist if you switch to single display? Do you see any options? Can you get into the graphic settings?

Windows 8.1, dual display, AMD GPU. Full screen running just fine.

Do you have original Windows 8.1 taskbar? Or do you use 3rd party software in order to have "Start" button and taskbar as they were implemented in Windows 7?

I have / had a full screen issue. I'm on Windows 7 with dual monitors. 1 is 1440p and 1 is 1080p.

Try this:

Launch game, it will probably launch windowed. Change settings to full screen on secondary display. If it works, change settings to full screen on primary display. Let us know if it works then.

I had to do this a couple times, and for some reason now it "stuck". Full screen on primary display every time.

Win 8.1 dual monitors, default task bar. Have had a ticket open on this since 2.1 (think it was). Nothing suggested has helped. I do think it's linked to the role of primary/secondary monitor (what Windows thinks your primary monitor is vs. what the graphics card regards as the primary monitor). I briefly had full screen working again after physically disconnecting my secondary monitor but then the problem recurred and now I'm stuck with it again.
