Now, a disclaimer. This thing won't work on anything that isn't a trade ship by design. Don't bother Pythons. Frankly, only a skilled pilot should go for an Asp Explorer in this.

In my quest to get the cheapest rebuy, I've gone done skimped on modules. And you know what? Not bad after using the five starter engineers. More than enough armour to survive 1v1 encounters against trade ships, great handling and speed, FSD is well protected... Sure the jump range is short, but, people cope in Vipers & FDL's, no?

With my current fortune, this build gives me over FOUR HUNDRED REBUYS.

Which really is the main motivation here.

It's also painted like a chav's ricer.

Nice! Might have to try this with a Viper IV. But the cost would be 2.5mil I reckon...which is still very little in the grand scheme of things.

I love trying to do stuff with the minimal cash input at times. give it a really nice challenge

Back when I experimented with piracy, I used a Cobra with dual medium railguns and gimballed MCs. Worked a treat, and was actually decent in a surprising number of PvP situations. (This was back before engineers, though, it wouldn't hold up today).
