Fumarole / Geysers difference

Hi explorers!
After using FSS it shows me "Water Geysers". Then mapping a moon and shows me the geological spots. Aproaching them and scanned by using the "Composition Scanner" it shows "Water ice fumarole" now my question: Why it doesn't count for "Geysers" but for "Fumaroles"??

And how can I identify a (real) Geyser?? Thanks in advance for your help and ideas.

You will find both geysers and fumaroles on that planet. Try scanning other features or fly to another geological POI.
