I didn't expect to survive at all. After all I had just got killed in a CZ with my Vulture. But, just for the heck of it I entered a low intensity Conflict Zone in my Eagle. I figured if I get blown up it won't cost me too much. My Eagle has .1 MW power to spare and armed with three fixed multi cannons. It was a target rich environment. I was the loan Eagle, with no other ships smaller than a Viper and plenty of Large ships. I scanned every ship in range before picking a faction and picked what I thought would be the side with the most ships. I guessed right and saw slightly less red targets than green ones. Targeted the nearest threat and went for it. I targeted the power plants on the large ships. I used up 90% of my ammo and one shield bank then got the heck out of there after the voice said I was taking heat damage from a thermal attack. Turns out only 1% module damage. Nine assisted kills before running low on ammo. Only made 300K credits but it was quite fun dodging fire while trying for deflection shots. Sometimes smaller is better.
