Function options no longer saved

I have notice that since the update my Function Options do not save.
I have Report Crimes Against me set to 'On' and Orbit Lines to 'Off', yet when I reload again after a save they have switched to 'Off' and 'On' respectively.
Is there any way to lock these options in?

Double check and make sure. If it still happens take screenshots or even better a video (use fraps or something) and bug report. Those options really shouldn't really change just if you logout/login again.

Well they definitely are doing. Even worse now - it has just done it whilst being docked at a station and then launching again. Will report as a bug.

I just checked the options menu and I can't see a hotkey option for those.

(I had a flashback of an older game where I accidentally bound something crazy like jetisson all cargo to the same key as something I used all the time like landing gear so had to check. )

Go to the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Player directory and delete the StartPreset.start file. Settings should be saved after that.
