We have multiple threads about funniest system names & funniest NPC names emerge every day, but I haven't seen many on funny correlations between names and facts in the game.
For instance, there's the system of Cockaigne.
If you don't get the most obvious layer, say it three times aloud in quick succession - now English isn't my first language and I most likely pronounce it completely wrong, but it could probably sound like a substance commonly used by ophtalmologists for diagnostic purposes (some people abuse it too, but that's bad, m'kay?).
Now this bit is most likely common knowledge in English speaking countries, but let me link this bit of information for us non-native speakers here about the actual ethymology of the systems name:
Now add to that the fact that the system of Cockaigne's highest exports are in Performance Enhancers and Combat Stabilizers:
Actually, that made me chuckle (admittedly, I have a rather simple sense of humour).
