Further down the road this year - Potential Top 10 meta list?

Hi all, I'm looking at potentially doing a Top 10 habitat meta list roughly halfway through the year. It would be after our second pack is revealed. I think at that point we could be looking at just 13 more animals total, and it would be getting down to what we really really want to see. On the other hand, it's very possible by that point that Frontier will already know what animals they're going to include on the assumptive last two packs, and the list may not be of help to them at that point.

Thoughts on this? Just asking about doing it later. Not asking for top 10 habitat animals now.

Ha everyone seems to want to make a last meta wishlist this week. Yeah I'll all for it, the potentially last 13 animals will heavily depend on how the first half of this year goes, while I agree that the packs for this year are probably already decided it's always fun to see how wishlists adapt to the yearly situation

Go ahead, Maybe even if the packs are already decided for the next year of content, maybe the animal choices are not set in stone. A lot of times animals on the top 25 or top 50 of the MW made it into the packs, and specially the ones on the top 5 choices at that time (amur leopard, maned wolf, przewaslky's horse, capybara, emu, etc), so who knows maybe the devs do consider wishlists and community most wanted animals.

thanks, all there's some really good thoughts to this. I'll probably end up doing it, it hopes that maybe there's a pack or two planned for 2024, or as @NachoB said, if the animal choices are not set for sure. Not that Frontier has ever had to stick close to the meta lists or anything, but I do feel like they've either tried to with many of their choices, or it's just happy coincidence. It would also give some ideas of those surprise animals that show up in most packs, to pick not from the top tier but mid-level or like the P. Monkey or Lechwe, truly those who have very very few votes.
