Further enhancements to the new planet tech

There are some really wonderful planetary surfaces to behold out there. While walking around on them, I thought of two ways to increase their beauty even further.

First of all, I don't know how hard this would be to implement into the engine, but Parallax Mapping would give the new ground textures a nice 3D effect and would help to make the quite smooth surfaces, a bit more rough.

Secondly, I think that there is a lack of bigger scatter objects. Huge bolders, or plate-like stone/ice formations for example. Those could be used to give the terrain some unique features and increase the quality of the surface when looking at it from a distance. Optionally I would like to have a higher distance at which current scatter objects are displayed.

This would be something to consider after the current issues are fixed of course.
