For further immersion, Frontier Development, could Role play as GalNet reporters and email players and interview them as their Commanders.
For example, FD could send voluntary email questionnaires to real life players.
Or, I guess it could also be done via this forum.
Role playing interviews with high level pilots, traders, miners, explorers, pirates or bounty hunters why, they're doing what they're doing.
Maybe even asking for tips.
Then they can be quoted on GalNet, mentioning those Commander's name.
If a major battle took place, the players involved could be asked to provide an eye witness description to the event.
Or maybe even ask for snap shots.
